On January 21, 2015, the SASI Program Team gathered together for an afternoon of collaboration and information sharing. Also in attendance were members of the SASI Leadership & Sponsors.

Highlights

The afternoon included a panel session featuring senior leaders in the SASI program. They addressed questions from SASI team members about timelines, scope, and the upcoming Design & Validation (D&V) phase.

Goal

Work towards building a “One Program Culture” across the spectrum of SASI teams and projects. During the panel session, SASI leaders spoke about what a “One Program Culture” means to each of them.

The afternoon concluded with an activity to promote continuous improvements in how teams, leaders and individuals communicate, work together, leverage work and develop efficiencies across all areas of the SASI program. Similar events will be held regularly to ensure all team members have the opportunity to learn from each other, share successes, and improve processes as the SASI program progresses.
